My own administration system · architecture and development

• Designed and built a modular PHP system with central administration for multiple independent websites, separate databases, roles and permissions.
• Built modules for content, media, forms, client communication and translations, with administration features tailored to individual clients.
• Implemented versioned database migrations, email queues and scheduled jobs with retries and protection against duplicate processing.
• Implemented Stripe Checkout and subscriptions, including webhook signature verification and payment event processing. Added access checks, input validation and CSRF protection for forms.
• Separated public websites from administration so visitors do not depend on its availability.

My own project, built from scratch · identity, architecture, development and operations

• Conceived the project and created its name, logo and visual identity. Designed and developed the website, database, backend and administration for players and server operators.
• Built a website in Slovak, Czech and English, with player accounts linked to Steam, Discord and Google, game statistics and ticket-based support.
• Implemented an in-game economy with an internal currency, transaction history, activity rewards and a shop that delivers packs directly into the game.
• Built NODERAgent, a Windows agent in PowerShell with a C#/.NET communication broker. Authenticated APIs and local RCON connect administration to game servers, synchronise players and process game logs.
• Implemented durable command and event queues, delivery acknowledgements and duplicate protection, with delivery recovery after outages and explicit handling of commands with uncertain outcomes.
• Built an administrator-only live map of players and world objects, using consistent SQLite reads while the game is running and sharing snapshots across features.
• Automated Battle Royale on top of the native game mode: round scheduling and startup, player deployment, results and leaderboards, with announcements and game events connected to Discord.
• Operate multiple servers with process monitoring and backups. Built signed agent updates and licensing, supported by regression and integration tests for communication, failure recovery and data consistency.

Website development, SEO and ongoing advertising campaign management

• Replaced the original WordPress website with a custom solution while preserving its URLs. Connected the website, content management and measurement data processing to my own NODERA / rdevCMS administration system.
• Implemented technical SEO and optimised images, CSS and JavaScript for fast loading, improved LCP and search engine visibility.
• Achieved Lighthouse performance scores of 100/100 on desktop and 98/100 on mobile. Mobile LCP fell from 2.7 to 1.6 seconds and homepage transfer size from 626 to 156 KiB.
• Continue to create and manage advertising campaigns for the client, including measurement of their results.

Development from a supplied Figma design · custom administration

• Turned a supplied Figma design into a pixel-perfect working website, matching the layout, typography, colours and visual details.
• Integrated the website with my own NODERA / rdevCMS administration system. Built modules tailored to the client for managing photos, reviews, blog posts, hero sections and forms.
• Delivered the complete project, from receiving the design assets through frontend and backend development to launch.

Frontend development and website operations · nearly 2 years full time

• Implemented the website redesign in Symfony and Twig, including frontend templates, SCSS styles and JavaScript, within the existing Webpack Encore build.
• Coded all landing pages from briefs and visual assets supplied by the graphic designer.
• Worked in the office every day and was responsible for keeping the entire website running.
